Bond Construction Co. – Crafting Excellence Since 2019
With a shared passion for custom carpentry and building, brothers Clif and Doug Bond established Bond Construction Co. in 2019 to bring their family’s rich tradition of craftsmanship to Geelong, the Surf Coast, and Bellarine.
Quality craftsmanship runs deep in the Bond family. Their grandfather was a skilled carpenter, and their father owned a respected tile and hardware store in their hometown of Deniliquin, NSW. This legacy of dedication to craft and service has inspired Clif and Doug to deliver premium carpentry and construction services to their clients.
At Bond Construction Co., we pride ourselves on continuing our family tradition of excellence, offering bespoke carpentry solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each project.
Bond Construction Co. is registered with the Victorian Building Authority and is a proud member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria.
Clif Bond – Bringing Vision and Craftsmanship Together
Clif began his career as a qualified carpenter in his hometown of Deniliquin before expanding his experience in Albury. He honed his skills across a range of residential and commercial construction projects, gaining invaluable experience in Melbourne.
In 2014, Clif moved to Canada, where he took on the role of construction supervisor. During his time there, he led boutique projects, including the construction of a whiskey distillery and restaurant in Banff, as well as custom homes and extensions in Whistler Village.
Returning to Australia in 2017, Clif settled in the Geelong and Surf Coast region. Two years later, in 2019, he joined forces with his brother Doug to establish Bond Construction Co.
Clif’s commitment to his craft is evident through his continued professional development. He earned his Certificate IV in Building and Construction in 2019 and achieved his Builders Registration certification in 2020.
Doug Bond – A Craftsman with a Passion for Precision
Doug’s passion for construction started early, helping out in his father’s tiling business as a child. Growing up near the river in Deniliquin also nurtured his love for the outdoors, shaping the way he approaches his work today.
Doug completed his carpentry qualification with Orca Construction Group, a highly respected builder in Geelong. His time at Orca allowed him to develop a comprehensive carpentry skill set and foster strong relationships with local tradespeople and builders.
Doug has since worked on numerous residential projects across the Geelong, Surf Coast, and Bellarine region. His hands-on experience has contributed to his diverse expertise in construction.
In 2019, Doug further solidified his credentials by completing his Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
